Our Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (custom software development, IT solutions, and consulting), we follow a strict no-refund policy after the initiation of any project or engagement.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be issued only if the project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated.
Any upfront payment or deposit is considered a non-refundable commitment fee, unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.
Service Disputes:
In the event of a service dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly. We will evaluate the issue and aim to resolve it amicably and promptly.
Refund Timeline:
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, the processing will take a minimum of 7 business days and a maximum of 21 business days, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing times.
